Interesting Links

- You may have noticed I can now create expandable posts on my blog. I learned it from this very useful tutorial. You can do it too, if you follow the instructions carefully.

- I just discovered this anagram generator, and decided to run a few names:

Prince Charming's name: Accuse abandon. (false!)
My name: I'm her paranoia in. (even bots persecute me...)
Trey's name: Rely to he. (true. :) )
Peter Murphy: The merry pup. (:D!)
Kate Bush: Shake but. (more respect for the great, please)
George Bush: O, he buggers!

- Victim of the Time has an interesting review of the movie that earned Angelina Jolie 15 million dollars:

"Wanted is the kind of film I shouldn't like, really. Comparisons have been made- they're obviously there- with The Matrix, and I hate that film, so it's almost like I'm being hypocritical here. But James McAvoy is no Keanu Reeves, Angelina Jolie is no Carrie-Anne Moss and Morgan Freeman is no Laurence Fishburne (well, it doesn't entirely work like that, but...). Basically, Wanted is frisky, fun and genuinely exciting, and, unlike The Matrix, it almost seems to see its central "philosophy" as a joke. It's certainly much more an interior philosophy than the Wachowskis, by which I mean that it is the characters' choice to believe it, as opposed to being the foundation of a universe. In simpler terms, The Matrix had its head up its arse, and Wanted doesn't."

- On the other side of the Wanted review spectrum, there's Piper:
"I am pathetic because I don't know who I am. Because I wander the earth aimlessly. Because I am in a dead-end job. I am pathetic because I have not told the person I hate most to fuck off at the top of my lungs. Because I have not hit someone across the face with a computer keyboard causing them to loose several teeth. I am pathetic because my true calling in life is to be an assassin and I have not yet recognized that. To kill random people because a gigantic loom told me to. To bend bullets around big pieces of meat. To shoot a bullet from a very large rifle and have it pierce someone's brain miles and miles away. Yep, I'm pathetic. At least, that's what Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) says at the ending of the movie Wanted. Directly. To the entire audience in the movie theater."

- Beauty in old age (from this terrific selection of human portraits, though not all of them beautiful).

Yeah, that ex-Bros singer is looking incredibly sexy in that ghoticky all-white, whole body make-up. He doesn't look anyway near as cool au naturel, though...

Eu tinha experimentado um gerador de anagramas que mostrava todas as hipóteses de palavras e em várias linguas mas este é melhor!
Os meus:
(os dois primeiros nomes e o último) Come! Alienate major.
(primeiro e último)I'm alert menace
