Legal pedo porn

I'm sure pedophiles' favorite tv shows are documentaries on pedophilia. So far I haven't watched a single program of this sort that made the slightest attempt at explaining the phenomenon to the masses. They don't debate the issue, they don't ask the questions that just beg to be asked, namely why do people do this to children? And even more intriguing, why do they do it to their own children? When that's so obviously taking the risk that your kids will expose you, when it means you won't have a family life, that your children will run away from you, that you won't get to meet your grand-children, etc? Why? And what does it do to the victims? Do they become self-destructive? Does it turn them into pedophiles? Do people give up on having a family of their own, out of fear that they'll end up doing the same to their children? These programmes never approach the subject.

Instead, you are merely shown interview after interview, and instance after instance of horrific abuse, as reported by the victims themselves. Often they're middle-aged people who went through hell and back, and only now are capable of communicating the unspeakable things their so-called families did to them when they were little. It's plain to see how difficult it is for them to reveal their pain and humiliation, and I imagine they do it because they're hoping it will be of some help, that it will somehow contribute to the understanding of the phenomenon, hopefully put a stop to it.

I suggest that it totally doesn't. I'm fairly intelligent, and I still can't understand how a pedophile's brain works, or what the experience does to a victim's mind.

The makers of these documentaries pretend they want to inform the public, but if they don't care about analyzing the problem then they have a different agenda. They merely parade the victims and their horror stories because that's what they're really interested in, in the stories' sensationalist value. It's like a modern freak show, step up and hear the horrible story of the woman who from the age of two was continuously raped by both her parents and her grand-father. Listen to the gruesome tale of the woman who was forced to masturbate her own mother for years, and so forth. It doesn't make you wiser or better informed, or more capable of dealing with the problem if you had to. But I am quite certain that at the same time I was watching that documentary, trying in vain to extract some insight from it, that a lot of pedophiles were getting all excited and wanking at the lurid stories. So now you know how you can legally and acceptably create kiddy porn and air it on tv, without the police knocking at your door. I'll never watch this sort of program again.
